Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements from Pharma Nord contain pure and natural fish oil in capsules made from fish gelatine. Omega 3 is important to normal immune system response and can also suppress the production of inflammatory substances. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which contributes to normal functioning of the heart*. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision** and brain function**.

Bio-Fish Oil is derived only from deep ocean fish and is carefully screened to ensure that it is free of possible pollutants. It is an economical fish oil preparation for a daily supplement.

What is Bio-Fish Oil?

Bio-Fish Oil contains omega 3 in its natural (triglyceride) form, that converts into free fatty acids in your digestive system before absorption. The unique aspect of this preparation is that the capsules are made of fish gelatine, making it 100% fish-derived. Our omega 3 fish oil supplements have a pleasant, natural lemon flavour added to each 500mg capsule. The fish used is caught in the cleaner waters of the South Pacific and Northern Atlantic.

The above ratios of EPA and DHA polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) represent the same levels found in nature. Bio-Fish Oil is not chemically or heat modified to claim higher levels.

Safety

Our omega 3 fish oil supplements are screened for toxins, PCBs, lead, mercury and other pollutants. In addition, the oil comes from the flesh of the fish, not the liver. Once purified, the oil is poured back into its natural wrapping – gelatine capsules, which are made from fresh fish.

Parcels despatched to customers in the UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked or DHL courier from our fulfilment centre in England. You can select which option you would like in checkout.

1. Royal Mail expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days
2. DHL expected delivery time: 2 working days

Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time, will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.

DHL orders made before 12pm UK time, will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return any unwanted items. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Exemptions

Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as medical test kits.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days (but in practice normally it'll be much faster than that). We have to process the refund on the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Track & Trace) when returning products.

7. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us to get a refund.
