Alphagenix TRT Patient Survey

Low testosterone can be associated with symptoms such as reduced energy, low mood, low libido and a perceived lack of muscular strength.

We surveyed 24 Alphagenix patients to understand how their self-reported symptoms changed while receiving clinician-led testosterone replacement therapy. The statistics below relate to changes in patients’ symptom scores, including their reported “lack of muscular strength”, rather than objectively measured changes in strength, muscle mass or physical performance.

The findings reflect the experiences of the patients surveyed, and individual treatment outcomes may vary.

These improvements coincided with a marked increase in testosterone levels in all patients surveyed.

On average, testosterone increased almost 300% from 10.87nmol/L to 32.01nmol/L.

Bar chart compares total testosterone levels, showing lower blue bars (before TRT) and higher orange bars (6 months+ on TRT) across 24 patients in a patient-by-patient clinical comparison. Alphagenix Treatment Statistics

As part of an internal clinic study, we asked patients to respond to selected Ageing Males Symptoms (AMS) questions and score how they were feeling at the time of answering (before TRT). We then sent them the same questionnaire after at least 6 months on TRT and asked them again to score how they were feeling.

The study included 24 Alphagenix patients* who consented to us sharing their blood test information and health symptoms during their time with us. We aim to demonstrate how their personal treatment resulted in a significant decrease in the symptoms associated with testosterone deficiency, alongside an increase in testosterone (including free testosterone) and rebalancing of other key hormones.

Answers are scored between 0 to 4 based on: 0 = None | 1 = Mild | 2 = Moderate | 3 = Severe | 4 = Extremely Severe
