Total Motile Sperm Count Test.

The ExSeed total motile sperm count test checks how many sperm cells in an ejaculation sample are actively swimming. It’s like counting how many swimmers in a pool are actually moving towards a goal.

This count helps predict a man’s chances of fathering a child, as only the swimming sperm can reach and fertilize an egg. To get this count, the ExSeed test measures three important fertility indicators;

• How much semen is present.
• The number of sperm cells in that semen.
• How many of those cells are swimming.

Volume of Semen

The volume of semen refers to the total amount of fluid released during ejaculation.

Typically, if it’s more than 1.5ml, it’s considered normal. If it’s less than that, it’s termed “Hypospermia,” which might be due to hormonal issues or blockages in the tubes. A healthy semen volume can enhance male fertility chances.

Sperm Concentration

Sperm concentration tells you how many sperm cells are packed into each small drop (milliliter) of semen. Ideally, there should be more than 15 million sperm in every milliliter.

If there’s less than that, it’s called “oligospermia”. And if there’s no sperm at all, it’s termed “azoospermia”. The more sperm you have in that small drop, the better the chances of conception.

Sperm Motility

Sperm motility refers to how well sperm cells can swim forward. To fertilize an egg, sperm need to move swiftly through the female reproductive tract, and this requires them to have a good swimming ability.

ExSeed use a system that specifically checks this forward movement, often called “progressive motility.” If more than 32% of the sperm are swimming well, that’s considered normal. But if fewer are moving effectively, it’s known as “asthenozoospermia”.

The better the sperm swim, the higher your chances of fathering a child.

Parcels despatched to customers in the UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked or DHL courier from our fulfilment centre in England. You can select which option you would like in checkout.

1. Royal Mail expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days
2. DHL expected delivery time: 2 working days

Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time, will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.

DHL orders made before 12pm UK time, will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return any unwanted items. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Exemptions

Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as medical test kits.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days (but in practice normally it'll be much faster than that). We have to process the refund on the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Track & Trace) when returning products.

7. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us to get a refund.
